Every fingerprint and face scan, in Odoo — without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
BioBridge connects your ZKTeco BioTime server or standalone terminals to Odoo, pairs raw punches into clean check-ins and check-outs, and writes them as attendance records on a schedule you set.
No card needed for the trial. No Odoo add-on to install.
Drops double-taps, pairs in and out, caps forgotten check-outs, matches badges to employees.
Connected in an afternoon. Hands-off after that.
Connect Odoo
Server URL, database, login and an API key. On a multi-company Odoo, pick the company from the list.
Add Your Devices
A BioTime server, or a terminal by its IP. Name it "Front door", give it a location — the connection test registers it in Odoo.
Match Badges
Badges match Odoo employees by barcode, PIN, registration number or work email. Anything unclear waits for you.
It Syncs On Its Own
Every 5 minutes to every few hours, your choice. You only hear from BioBridge when something needs you.
Raw punches are messy. Your attendance shouldn't be.
People double-tap, forget to badge out, work past midnight — and half the terminals in the field have no IN/OUT keys. BioBridge handles all of it before Odoo sees a single record.
Three Pairing Modes
Alternating, trust-the-device, or first-in/last-out per day — with automatic fallback when a terminal stamps everything "Check In".
Guard Rails, Not Surprises
Double-taps are dropped, night shifts stay one record, and a forgotten check-out is capped and flagged — never a 300-hour shift.
Nothing Lost In An Outage
Punches are captured first and pushed when Odoo is reachable. Odoo down for a day costs a delay, never data.
Knows Which Door
Each attendance carries the terminal it came from — on Odoo Online too, with no add-on to install.
Multi-Company, Multi-Site
Several BioTime servers and standalone terminals side by side, each connection scoped to the right Odoo company.
New Hires Onto The Device
Odoo employees with a badge ID or PIN are created on your ZKTeco terminal, ready to enrol their fingerprint.
Simple monthly plans, priced by headcount.
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in how many employees and devices you connect, and how often BioBridge syncs.
