Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The trial asks only for your company details and email. You add a card when you choose to buy a plan — before the trial ends, if you want syncing to carry on without a gap.
What Counts As An Employee?
A badge matched to an Odoo employee. Badges that are never matched don't count, and moving to a smaller plan never unmatches anyone already syncing — it only holds back new matches.
What Counts As A Device?
Every biometric terminal your account has added — a standalone terminal, or one behind a BioTime server. If you go over your plan's limit, the extra terminal is still recorded and its punches are kept safely; they're sent to Odoo as soon as you upgrade.
What Happens When The Trial Ends?
If you haven't picked a plan, collecting new punches pauses. Everything already recorded stays in Odoo and in BioBridge; choose a plan and syncing resumes from where it stopped.
Do I Need To Install Anything In Odoo?
No. BioBridge talks to Odoo through its standard API, so it works on Odoo Online as well as Odoo.sh and self-hosted. An optional add-on is available for self-hosted installs.
How Does Yearly Billing Work?
Choose Yearly on this page, or at sign-up, and you're charged once a year at the yearly price shown — a saving on twelve monthly payments. You can start the free trial first and the account remembers that you'll pay yearly when you buy.
Can I Change Plans Later?
Any time from Settings → Plan. During the trial a new plan applies straight away; on a paid plan the switch is queued for your next renewal.
Which Devices Are Supported?
ZKTeco BioTime and Suprema BioStar 2 servers; ZKTeco and ZKTeco-built terminals (eSSL, Realtime, Biomax) either reached by IP address or sending to BioBridge through their Cloud Server setting; and Hikvision face, fingerprint and card terminals. Ask Us about other brands.
